Disputes Resolution

We ask you to please NEVER open a claim. We are a small team and promise to make it right! Opening a claim makes us look bad with our payment processors, charges us a large fee depending on the total amount and can take 3 months to resolve which is just unfair for both parties. If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first contact us via email at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally. We do promise to make it right!!
